Coordinate for IT support calls to resident engineers based on priority (Hardware / Software Calls) lead and manage IT support team to ensure quality service delivery.
Monitoring of PAV activities.
Oversee IT asset management, including stock management and the issuance of IT assets to bank officers.
Coordinate for e-waste disposal with branch officials and support.
Collaborate with the security team for the enabling or deletion of host ID. Coordinate with the NAC (Network Access Control) team to coordinate IP unlock & whitelisting requests.
Collaborate with ITD (Information Technology Department) for the successful opening of new branches and branch shifting.
Coordinate with the network team during branch shutdowns to enable necessary processes.
Collaborate with network ITD for the arrangement of IT equipment during shutdowns.
