About the Role
:● The Executive/Sr.Executive/Assistant Manager will be responsible for strategizing, sourcing, contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates as per the business requirements. The incumbent will be acting as a strong business and consulting partner where he/she will partner with the hiring manager for all business lines.
● The person will report to Lead - Talent Acquisition. The person will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves working with the internal and external stakeholders across India.
Job Responsibilities:
● Understand recruitment requirements and plan strategies considering role dynamics and TAT, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidates against set criteria.
