Responsibilities - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price competitiveness to ensure optimal supply chain performance
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure favourable conditions for the organization
- Manage supplier relationships to maintain consistent performance and ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze market trends and perform cost analysis to inform sourcing decisions and optimize expenses
- Track and report supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with finance, production, and quality assurance teams to align sourcing objectives with company goals
