Principal Duties and Tasks
- Achieve the annual budgeted sales turnover and profitability for the region.
- Drive sales growth through hardware shops, trading houses, and distribution partners in Sarawak.
- Expand product penetration by identifying new distributors and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
- Implementation of regional sales and marketing objectives for the customer groups, jointly with the EM teams and Head of Distribution.
- Execute sales activities aligned with regional targets and company objectives.
- Effectively respond to regional market conditions and customer requirements.
- Work effectively together with other team members to ensure maintenance and development of customer relationships which cross geographical boundaries.
- Record daily activities in a timely fashion within the company Salesforce database.
