About the Department

Formed in 1990, Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTCi) is a centre for labour education and training in Singapore. Together with Ministry of Manpower and Singapore National Employers Federation, OTCi is a key driver of the Singapore Tripartism Forum to promote Singapore’s unique brand of tripartism.

Responsibilities

• To serve as account managers for assigned trade unions and various entities in the NTUC family, to perform training needs analysis and execute training plans.
• To manage training programmes assigned through consolidating programmes nominations, liaising with trainers and work with the admin team for backend processing.
• To churn out and analyse training and engagement data of accounts assigned to better understand needs and trends.
