Set up in 2009, Migrant Workers' Centre (MWC) is a non-governmental organisation whose mission is to champion fair employment practices and the well‑being of migrant workers in Singapore, by pursuing four main pillars: Fairness, Assistance, Integration, and Representation.

• Provide assistance to migrant workers referred by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in order to meet their needs for temporary housing and food while MOM resolves their cases.
• Attend to the immediate needs of distressed migrant workers by arranging temporary shelter, sustenance, and other urgent assistance during statutory recovery processes.
• Provide advice and case representation services to aggrieved migrant workers.
