JOB SUMMARY



Responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining safety and security programs in compliance with government regulations and company policies. This position is involves coordinating safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigation, reporting and managing security operations to safeguard employees, visitors, and company assets.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards to ensure round-the-clock protection of company.

- Conduct regular patrols and spot checks to ensure security procedures are followed.

- Liaise with security service providers, local police, and authorities on security-related matters.

- Manage incident reports involving theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access, and recommend preventive.

- Ensure all security equipment is well maintained and in working condition.
