Responsibilities
- Responsible to record, circulate, follow up with concerned stakeholders till execution of minutes of the meeting
- Manage Travel Arrangements for Chairman & other staff as and when required
- Responsible to keep record of confidential agreements and legal documents
- Responsible to complete all personal assignments of Chairman
- Receive calls, attend visitors and arrange meetings as per schedule or as per Chairmanβs instructions
- Prepare reports, letters, memos and other official documents as per requirement
Qualifications
- People Handling, Analytical Skills, Attention to Detail and Interpersonal Skills
- Must possess good digital and technology related skills
