Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
Manage front desk operations including answering calls, screening and transferring incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and taking accurate messages.
Coordinate with security or drivers for VIP arrivals and departures.
Provide concierge-style assistance to guests (arranging transportation, hotel bookings, or local recommendations).
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, and transportation).
Prepare and handle correspondence, letters, emails, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, arranging meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV equipment.
