Position Overview
Job Purpose Provide secretarial support to Group Head and assist in the general management of day-to-day affairs of the GH’s office and efficiently carry out job assignments.
Key Result Areas Executive & Administrative Support - Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GH of Retail Banking.
- Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Business Travel assistance – Visa, flight and hotel bookings.
- Handle GH reimbursements/claims and Team Expense in compliance with the policy.
- Raise Vendor Invoices through Oracle Fusion Procurement System.
Communication & Coordination - Serve as the primary point of contact between the GH and Division Heads.
