Position Overview
Job Purpose Provide secretarial support to Group Head and assist in the general management of dayβtoβday affairs of the GHβs office and efficiently carry out job assignments.
Key Result Areas Executive & Administrative Support - Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GH of Retail Banking.
- Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Business Travel assistance β Visa, flight and hotel bookings.
- Handle GH reimbursements/claims and Team Expense in compliance with the policy.
- Raise Vendor Invoices through Oracle Fusion Procurement System.
Communication & Coordination - Serve as the primary point of contact between the GH and Division Heads.
