Prepare timely sales report, backorders and sell-out data report.
Prepare and monitor customers accounts receivables clearance, sales support tools, customer's promotion compliance and on shelf availability.
Support other administrative works when required.
General Responsibilities
Key person to comple A&P mapping and matching (Adversiting & Promotion) in Exceedra system on daily basis to meet the expectation of AR aging.
Key person to coordinate and liaise with CAMs/Senior Manager/ IT dept. in addressing any gap in the matter of A&P mapping and matching issues in Exceedra.
