2 years contract (renewable).
Mon to Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm.
Depot Road.
Up to $2700 + PB.
Job Responsibilities - Handle HR practitioners' and/or customers' enquiries, requests, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
- Collect and collate data and information on customer needs and satisfaction to facilitate formulation of effective customer service strategies.
- Recommend improvements and solutions to problems/issues raised for improvements.
- Prepare & submit CPF refund submissions and track outstanding CPF payment issues.
