Position Overview

Executive Reward Manager

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

UK - Travel to London will be required

Reporting to the VP Reward, the Executive Reward Manager (Interim) will manage and drive the executive reward process for Pearson. The Executive Reward Manager will have close working relationships with Group Finance, Investor Relations, Company Secretarial, Tax and Global Mobility. They will be seen as the trusted advisor and will work closely with VP reward, total reward as well as senior stakeholders to bring pragmatic executive reward solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting throughout yearly remuneration committee and Annual General Meeting cycle, drafting and, in some cases, checking papers, working materials and backup analysis
