Job Summary
The Executive, Recruitment Operations (Outlet) is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for outlet-based positions to ensure timely manpower fulfillment. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring operations while maintaining strong communication with outlet management and candidates. The incumbent will also support recruitment events, job postings, reporting, and onboarding coordination to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle full-cycle recruitment for outlet operational positions such as supervisors, crew members, cashiers, promoters, kitchen staff, and other frontline roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, walk-ins, referrals, recruitment agencies, and recruitment events.
Conduct resume screening and phone interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
