Position Overview
- Provides technical, operational for successful implementation of multiple projects at a time
- Provide guidance to ensure projects meet objectives, deadlines, and budgetary requirement.
- Determine budgets, timelines and cost estimates for project design and construction.
- Manages budgets, project staff, subcontractors, task schedules, change orders and project risks (quality and revenue recognition), invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and budgeted project gross margin
- Development of project programs and project execution plans.
- Oversee project compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Internal and external project reporting.
- Contract management and reporting.
- Leading Planning, Design, procurement Construction , commissioning, handover phase and liaising with Contractors and Developers.
