Position Overview
Job Purpose
To support and execute township development projects within Business Unit 3, covering planning, design coordination, authority approvals, and construction stages up to project completion and handover, ensuring delivery within the targeted timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies, including preliminary project assessments, cost considerations, and development potential.
- Assist in evaluating design proposals and development concepts in collaboration with internal teams and appointed consultants.
- Support preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
