Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Coach and teach teammates to grow in confidence and capability in areas outlined here

+ Use informed news judgment, showcasing techniques, and news research to lead the team in building newscasts and streams that serve the needs and meet the preferences of our local viewers

+ Quickly adjust newscasts and streams to accommodate breaking news...
