Meet sales target by securing new quality loans in line with Management decision on the portfolio mix of products and customers;Maintain good business relationship with internal and external stakeholders;Ensure documents for loan application received from dealer / customer are in accordance to guidelines requirement;Ensure authentication of identification, income and vehicle documents;Ensure consent is given by customer before proceeding further on the loan applications;Interview applicant and conduct thorough KYC;Perform data entry in LOAD$ system and ensure data keyed in is complete and accurate;Perform CTOS enquiry;Perform credit recommendation or write up to the loan application;Constantly update dealers on the status of cases submi...
