Position Overview
Supports the Operating Unit Leader in the tactical execution of the People Strategy across the operating company. Is responsible for the management of processes, teams and resources that perform Human Resources advisory services to line managers and employees.
Key performance areas:
- Implement the people strategy and plans within an operating company, focusing on areas such as performance and talent practices, employee engagement, attracting and retaining the right talent for the operating company.
- Implement and manage end-to-end human resources processes.
- Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on progress against operational people plans and make adjustments where required.
- Plan, manage and monitor initiatives to ensure customer service excellence.
- Resolve employee queries or requests and provide regular feedback.
- Provide relevant HR information and reports.
