Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, preparing salary proposals, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and build suitable talent pipelines. Liaise with recruitment agencies as required to support hiring efforts. Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including document collection, HR system data entry (full-time and part-time), and orientation. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are updated in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as Letters of Appointment, Transfer, Termination, Warning, and other employment letters. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
