Executive, People & Culture Operations & Total Rewards Specialist (12 months contract)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support operational excellence across People & Culture (P&C), Operations and Total Rewards. You will play a key role in managing employee benefits initiatives, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating expatriate and immigration matters while contributing to broader P&C initiatives.
