Position Overview
The candidate should have a proficiency in advanced excel and possess experience with the payroll calculations and employee related payments. The candidate should have knowledge of UAE labour law and GPSSA payments. Please find the below duties and responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and master data
- Calculate salaries overtime allowances incentives and deductions
- Prepare and file payroll-related statutory returns
- Reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger
- Process full and final settlements gratuity and leave encashment
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding exits and payroll changes
- Prepare payroll reports MIS and audit-related documents
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll
