As the Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, you will serve as a key member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction, operational excellence, and creative vision of the hotel’s pastry program. You will lead a talented pastry team, consisting of a Pastry Junior Sous Chef and over 15 pastry team members, managing daily production, developing innovative menus, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, consistency, safety and guest satisfaction.
