We are seeking an organised, curious and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive (Organisational Development & Transformation unit) for a year, with a view to extend the contract if headcount permits. In this role, you will play a supporting role to optimise organisational health and enable MTI to become more effective over time through enhancing the work, nurturing a high performing workforce and building a great workplace. Our practice facilitates intentional change efforts based on informed diagnosis; addresses issues with the whole system in view; and designs interventions with people in mind, taking human behaviours and motivations into consideration.
There is opportunity for you to get involved in supporting the implementation of organisation transformation efforts, enhancing internal stakeholder experiences, employee engagement and communications, culture-building and change management projects.
