Job Responsibilities:
Claim Management
• Processing of Distributor Claims.
• Implementation of BBD Policy, Tax compliance.
• Support operations in reduction of >30 days aged claims.
• Support Operations in reduction of Expired Coupon / Wallet vs Last Year by 50%
• Timely closure of the operational issue time to time. Ensure to respond to the calls from business and provide immediate resolutions
