The incumbent supports the Cluster Managers in administering a specialist centre. He/she works together with the team to develop, plan and deliver services to meet clinical, operational and financial goals of the company, ensuring the efficient and productive use of resources. He/she is to achieve the highest professional standards and quality goals for the patient. He/she shall work together with the Cluster Managers to implement plans to retain essential skills, and to motivate staff to bring out the best in them and contribute to organisational goals.

• Execute action plans for the specialist outpatient centres to meet strategic goals
