Position Overview
Looking for a service-oriented professional to handle phone, email, and on-site enquiries related to Tenancy Agreements (TA).
Key Responsibilities - Engage stallholders at hawker centres to guide online signing of TAs, e-payments, and related processes
- Handle enquiries on TA signing, stamp duty, rental, and payments
- Follow up with customers to complete TA signing and equip them with basic digital skills (email, Singpass)
- Prepare offer letters, collate statistics, monitor TA completion, and send reminders
- Perform other administrative duties related to TA processes
Requirements - 1–2 years' relevant experience; frontline customer service experience preferred
- Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
