We’re seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our operations division as Executive Manager – Safety & Mobility Risk. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and embedding a best-in-class safety, risk and injury management strategy across a large, complex organisation.

The Opportunity 
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving a safety-first culture across the enterprise, ensuring the safety of employees, members and the wider community remain the number one priority. 

You’ll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to deliver strong governance, influence decision-making, and provide assurance that safety systems, frameworks and practices are effective, compliant and continuously improving.
