General Description
The Training Shared Service Executive – Administer and manage training. This role requires a high level of coordination with HR Business Partners, departments, and external training bodies to streamline processes and maintain accurate training record.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the L&D focal point for 2–3 designated stakeholders and manage their training.
- Coordinate registration and attendance for internal training programs, ensuring efficient participant management.
- Ensure L&D receives complete documentation and participant information for all SME‑led training initiatives across departments.
- Oversee the annual training calendar, including budget monitoring, training payments, and generating reports.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records for all employees.
- Administer and manage HRD Corp (HRDC) claims and compliance, ensuring timely submissions and fund utilization.
