Position Overview
Contract Duration: 7 months
Salary: Up to $3,650/month
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end administration of staff courses
- Liaise with departments and stakeholders to secure venues, schedule and ensure all logistical arrangements and training materials are in place
- Collect training information such as attendance, feedback, etc.
- Support events and meetings, where necessary
- Support special events as required
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements - Minimum Degree
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills for liaising with departments and stakeholders
- Experience in training/event administration or similar coordination roles
- Ability to collect, track and organise data
