Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage & Execute Information Technology Operations and Service Delivery
Assist IT Manager to manage IT service delivery goals including continuous improvement, implementing policies and managing end user satisfaction Provide end user IT Support (Service Desk) to ensure service standards for print services, infrastructure services (including network and telephony), user access to IT services and maintenance of laptop and desktops. Update and maintain End User devices (including laptops and accessories)/ IT Infrastructure (including network and telephony) / AV equipment (including projectors and speakers) in the RC campus to ensure their serviceability and suitability for staff use and all equipment are properly utilised and provide status reports to the IT Manager.
