Job Description

This role is responsible for onboarding clients to the new platform and ensuring that requests related to BizChannel and other related products are completed within the agreed time frame and Service Level Agreement.

Strategy and Planning

• Sorting application received from customer / sales and update in system.
• Review documentation provided by customer / sales to do screening according to company sector for documentation as different company sector require different type of set of documentation.
• Perform signature verification against customer application and bank system.
• Maintain correct pricing for customer who entitle for campaign promotion.
• Verify, authorize and process RTB application registration based on information from related systems or physical instruments accurately and within SLA.
