Assists management in overseeing Human Resource Functions including Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employer-Employee Relations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for employees' training and development activities, especially on technical capabilities development.
- Handles recruitment: screening, interviewing, shortlisting potential candidates, negotiating salary packages and remuneration for new hires.
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: Bachelorβs in Human Resources or any related field.
- Working Experience: 2 years and above in a related field.
