Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end HR operations for technicians from onboarding to exit.
- Handle attendance, leave, absenteeism tracking and HRMS updates.
- Prepare daily labour reports, weekly absenteeism reports, and monthly HR reports.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance validation, and approvals within timelines.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
- Manage full final settlements, exits, visa cancellation, and insurance updates.
- Maintain personnel files, biometric records, and passport release processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Qualifications - Achelorβs degree in any discipline (HR qualification preferred).
- 3β5 years of HR operations experience (manufacturing/construction preferred).
