Position Overview
To manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. The role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, government coordination through typing centres, and efficient handling of company facilities, accommodation and assets.
HR Operations - UAE Labour Law Compliance: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmations, transfers and separations.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts in line with Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation regulations.
- Coordinate WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee records in line with UAE compliance and audit requirements.
- Track and manage leave, attendance and overtime as per UAE Labour Law.
