Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 / Matric
- Hospitality Management qualification or similar tertiary qualification preferred
- Minimum 46 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or lodge environment
- At least 23 years in a senior supervisory or management role
- Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hospitality establishment
Skills & Competencies - Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment
- Computer literacy (MS Office and hotel PMS systems)
- Budgeting and stock control experience
