Leads and oversees housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, heartist facilities and laundry to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and efficiency.
Drives operational excellence and service quality in line with brand standards, hygiene standards and guest expectations.
Inspires, motivates and develops the housekeeping team through effective leadership, coaching and engagement.
Builds a positive team culture while maintaining the highest professional, ethical and brand standards in all housekeeping operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in Executive Housekeeping or Housekeeping leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with excellent Thai & English proficiency.
Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving, planning and operational management skills.
