The Position:

• Understanding recruitment mandates and defining sourcing strategy - sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach
• Talent mapping, headhunting, job boards, social media & referrals
• Developing a candidate portfolio based on direct contacts
• Selecting and qualifying (incl. interviewing) local as well as international candidates at mid and senior level
• In depth phone and face to face interviews
