ProStaffSelect are in search of a supremely creative, highly talented and skilled head chef to oversee daily production and kitchen operations for an award‑winning team. The cuisine is described by the owner and celebrity chef as light and elegant, and must compete with all restaurants in the Winelands. The candidate should be willing to take on this project and establish home for at least 2‑3 years, maintaining standards initially while introducing an innovative signature on the cuisine for the Summer 2027 season.

Requirements

• Experience as a Head Chef at EatOut Top 20 establishments is essential.
• Formal Cheffing qualification with at least 4‑6 years of management experience.
• Excellent staff management and the ability to oversee special dietary requests and month‑to‑month menu changes.
