Job Description
You will support the daily guest service operations in our Hotel. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables guestsβ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will report directly to the Acting Front Office Manager.
Responsibilities
You will:
Assist guests with check-in and check-out proceduresEnsure all guests are attended at the Front DeskIssue hotel access key cardsAttend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needsProvide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangementsManage guestsβ accounts, information and apartment availability in the systemPerform simple bookkeepingMake and confirm reservationsRespond to all queries through walk-ins, emails and calls and assist with requestsHandle and record resident feedback and...
