Assist residents with check-in and check-out proceduresMake and confirm reservationsRespond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, calls and assist with requests.Handle cash floats throughout your night shift and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shiftVerify revenue from all sources and follow up on any discrepancies in reportsAccount for all financial transactions at the front desk accurately during your shiftHandle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliationHandle and record residentsβ complaints, feedback and perform the appropriate service recovery.Perform end-of-day procedures and produce daily reportsPerform related tasks as assignedBenefits
