Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Manage the grant lifecycle, including application review, due diligence, approvals, disbursements, and reporting.
- Prepare grant evaluation reports for management, committees, and the Board.
- Track, analyse, and report programme outcomes through impact reports, dashboards, and beneficiary stories.
- Lead and support impact measurement processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Provide guidance to grantees and member organisations on grant management, reporting, and impact measurement.
- Knowledge of philanthropy and grant making, with the ability to enhance and strengthen grant making practices across the ecosystem.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, outreach, and capacity‑building initiatives.
- Support policy development, governance reporting, audits, and process improvements.
