Responsible for managing end-to-end employee visa services, ensuring businesses operate under UAE employment frameworks (labor, immigration, free zone). This role is a key influencer in regulatory change and legal compliance within the UAE federal labor market. The Officer – Visa Services integrates people, systems, and processes to develop a fit-for-purpose Government Services delivery model for the Group, ensuring business needs are met and the Group is enabled to operate smoothly.

• Visa Services
  • Provide all types of visas (employment, mission, family, visit, domestic) as required by Group companies/directors, in accordance with P&C policy and procedures.
  • Handle renewals and cancellations.
  • Arrange visa cancellation or legal steps to clear records of ex‑employees promptly to avoid legal risk and overstay fines.
