Reporting to the Head of Foreign Worker Medical & Bond:

• Manage and grow client relationships by handling enquiries, conducting follow‑ups, and actively cross‑selling or upselling Foreign Worker Medical Insurance and Security Bond products to existing clients.
• Support new business conversion by identifying opportunities, explaining coverage, pricing, and benefits (via phone, email, or walk‑in), and assisting clients through policy selection and closure.
