Role Purpose

Manage and control overall IT for airline operations, so as to ensure safe and optimum operations, smooth customer experience, aircraft safety through accurate weight and balance and compliance to government regulation at highest quality level.

Key Accountability

• Issue Escalation: Monitor and manage all application‑related issues that escalated. This includes ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met by liaising with business units and IT service providers to resolve problems quickly.
• Configuration Management: Manage and control the technical and functional configurations of applications for optimal business usage.
