Job Description

The Executive, Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of all building operation systems within the shopping mall, including fire alarm, CCTV, card access, PA, plumbing, electrical, toilet equipment, electrical distribution. The role supports business continuity, tenant satisfaction, asset performance, and full compliance with statutory and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal downtime.
• Supervise contractors and vendors for M&E works, ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor and upgrade preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for all M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (DOSH, Bomba, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, ...
