Position Overview
The Event & Campaign Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, promotions, seasonal celebrations, corporate functions, and special activities within the theme park. This role works closely with internal departments, vendors, performers, sponsors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery while enhancing guest experience and supporting business objectives. - Plan, organize, and execute events from concept development to post-event evaluation.
- Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, run sheets, and operational plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
