Position Overview
Description
s:
Achieve the operating profits as budgeted and ensure expenses are controlled within budget
Actively promote CAT merchandising programs i.e. Reman Parts, Schedule Oil Sampling (SOS), Technical Analysis (TA), Mechanic Incentive Program (MIP) and other seasonal campaigns
Plans customers calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (Required Calls Per Year)
Coordinate on service quotations and repair with service department together with key-in daily call report into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in weekly basis
Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation
Review Parts Specialist Sales (PSS) debtors and ensure accounts are maintained within credit period accorded
Responsible in maintaining all normal and doubtful accounts within stipulated credit days
