Job Summary The Global Financial Institution (FI) Sales Enablement role is responsible for driving and executing the TB Sales strategy and initiatives aimed at enhancing FI Sales performance across both Global, Regional and Country levels. This position will support the TB FI Sales agendas, focusing on communication and project management in relation to Sales practice enhancement, CRM system, and process improvements. A core member of the Sales Practice Management Team, this role will collaborate closely with the Corporate and FI Sales Cluster Heads, Global functional Sales Heads (Trade Momentum and Global Content & Proposal Management), as well as with the Cash & Trade Product Management, TB Finance, TB COO teams, and the CIB Business Development team.
